Idaho Nasty Juice Vape Pen Trade Terms: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.

Compliance paperwork for Idaho imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Payment terms for Idaho accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Flavor planning for the Idaho market

Flavor preference varies sharply by region, and our shipping data reflects it: fruit and ice lines dominate in warmer markets, while tobacco and dessert profiles hold steady in cooler ones. New customers are welcome to ask for a flavor recommendation mix matched to Idaho rather than guessing.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Idaho launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
