Romania Nasty Juice Vape Pen Payment Terms: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Storage and shelf life at your Romania warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Quality control for nasty juice vape pen starts before production, not after. Incoming cells are capacity-sorted and voltage-tested, e-liquid batches receive nicotine-content and density checks, and each lot is logged against its production date so traceability runs from finished unit back to raw material.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Compliance for nasty juice vape pen varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide CE documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

For online sellers in Romania, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new nasty juice vape pen listing go live the day stock arrives.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Romania launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Landed cost planning for Romania buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Freight to Romania runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
