Nasty Juice Vape Pen Payment Terms Checklist for Romania Trade Buyers

Comparing quotations the professional way

Wholesale nasty juice vape pen pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $2.40 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Retail feedback from Romania repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished nasty juice vape pen run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every nasty juice vape pen carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Romania launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

When destination rules in Romania change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
