Nasty Juice Vape Pen Bulk Supply FAQ for South Africa Retailers and Distributors
Sample policy and product evaluation
First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current nasty juice vape pen stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.
Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent South Africa launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
Landed cost planning for South Africa buyers
We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
After-sales support and claims handling
On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every nasty juice vape pen carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.
Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why South Africa shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Frequently asked questions
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 10mg mild nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 6,000-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 6ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label nasty juice vape pen is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
Do you ship to the Netherlands?
Yes — we ship to Belgium on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Portugal, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. MSDS certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
